Why property management, specifically, and why the US first
We started by placing maintenance coordinators for US property managers because the problem was specific and measurable: tickets sat unanswered outside local business hours.

We've stayed inside this one industry deliberately. Every role we've added since, from leasing to bookkeeping, exists because a PM company needed it, not because it broadened our market.
Dhaka runs on UTC+6 with no daylight saving, so the hours a US desk can't staff without a night shift are an ordinary Tuesday morning here.

What we learned running maintenance queues
Watching how PM companies actually run maintenance, vendor chase-ups, resident escalations, the judgment calls a coordinator makes at 6pm, showed us the same gaps exist in the rest of the office: leasing follow-up, owner reporting, reconciliations, even the pitch to a new rental owner.
That's why the roles expanded past maintenance, but every one of them is still built for this industry alone.

What we won't do
- Take an assignment we can't staff to the standard we publish
- Put someone on your queue without training them on your written rules first
- Hold a credential you didn't issue, or keep one after you've revoked it
- Let a name change what a role costs. The rate is the rate.
- Stretch into industries outside property management just to grow the roster
Where we're headed
We're US-only for now. UK property management is the next market on our roadmap, once the US book is proven out, not something we're spreading into today.
Alongside that, we're building AI-automated workflows for the same PM companies we staff for, so the busywork a role exists to handle can shrink even as a portfolio grows.
