You get a name, not a pool

Every professional is hired for a specific PM role you opened, not pulled from a shared bench when your ticket comes in.

Where we recruit

Dhaka's university and BPO-trained labour market, a city that has run outsourced back-office and support work for two decades.

We hire for English fluency, written clarity, and comfort working inside US-style software, before property-management-specific training ever starts.

How someone reaches your desk

01

Screened against a property management baseline

Every candidate, regardless of role, is tested on reading a lease clause, following an escalation ladder, and writing to a tenant or owner clearly.

02

Role-matched to your opening

We don't train someone generic and hope they fit; we recruit against the actual PM role you posted.

03

Trained on your written rules

Once you're signed, not before. Nobody touches your queue on guesswork.

04

Supervised from ticket one

A lead reviews the first weeks closely, not just at renewal.

What we screen for, by role type

Resident-facing roles

Maintenance, leasing, resident care. Writes clearly to a resident, reads a lease clause correctly, holds an escalation ladder without freelancing on it.

Office and growth roles

Admin, CS, EA, BDR, IT, marketing. First-contact tone with tenants, owners and prospects, calendar and inbox discipline, comfort inside a PMS specifically.

Accounting roles

Bookkeeping, AR/AP, reconciliation. Numeric accuracy under repetition, flags a discrepancy instead of forcing a match, understands trust-account handling.

If someone isn't right

Free replacement inside the first 30 days on any role. After that, performance issues go through Apollo's review process before you're asked to make a call on the person.

See who'd be a fit

Tell us the role. We'll say who we'd put forward and when they could start.
