Two kinds of data

The contact details you send us, and basic traffic data. We do not sell either.

What we collect

Forms: name, company, email, phone, and whatever you write in the message field.

Browsing: IP address, device and browser, pages viewed, and where you arrived from.

Why we hold it, who sees it

To reply to you, to scope the work, and to see which pages get read. It reaches the providers who host this site and carry our email, and anyone the law requires.

If you apply for a job, what you send is used to assess that application.

What we never do

  • Sell your personal information
  • Rent or trade your contact details
  • Show one client's inquiry to another client

Cookies, records and requests

Do you use cookies?

This site doesn't need them to function. If we add any, we'll list them here and say what each does.

How long do you keep my details?

While they're useful, then we delete them. Deleting a live record doesn't clear older backups immediately.

Can I see, correct or delete what you hold?

Ask, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it. Unsubscribe links work; so does asking a person.

Can your staff overseas see tenant and owner records?

Only inside your own system, with the permissions you grant. They're under written confidentiality obligations, and Apollo is ISO/IEC 27001 certified.

Ask about your data

Send a request through the contact page. A person answers.
