What we sell, how billing works, and where our authority stops. If your signed agreement differs from this page, the agreement wins.
These terms cover the website
We place a named remote professional who works in your systems, under your brand, for property management specifically, or run a scoped automation project inside those same systems. Paid work runs under your signed agreement.
We can change this page; the version you see is the one that applies. Liability, indemnities and disputes are settled in the signed agreement, not here.
Two weeks paid, then month to month
- Pilot
- Two weeks, paid, on live work.It runs before any ongoing term, so you judge real output rather than a sales call.
- Term
- Month to month.No annual commitment, no minimum term, no exit fee.
- Notice
- Thirty days, either side.Enough time to hand the work back cleanly.
- Billing
- Monthly, in advance.The first month is due at signing, and the paid pilot runs inside it.
- Replacement
- Free inside the first thirty days.If the person is not right for you, a new one costs nothing extra.
- Automation projects
- A separate fixed price agreement.Scoped after discovery, rather than under the monthly terms above.
What your professional will not do
- Approve spending on your behalf
- Override your policies
- Give legal, tax, compliance or habitability advice
- Log into anything you haven't given them a login for
Your systems, your data
Your professional works in your systems, under your brand, with the smallest set of permissions the job needs. When someone joins or leaves, logins are added or cut to a written checklist.
Your records stay yours, and everyone we place is under confidentiality obligations. Apollo is ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
