Figures shown are estimates. Apollo Global Solutions rates are published starting points, shown here as mid-level figures and adjusted for junior and senior seniority. US in-house figures are national median base salaries for the closest matching occupation, plus an allowance for employer taxes, benefits and overheads, and are shown for illustration. Actual cost depends on scope, hours, location and role specifics, confirmed on a call.
How to use your savings calculator

Pick a role and an engagement
Choose from the roles Apollo places and the hours you need them for. The rates are the ones published on the pricing page, not a marketing estimate.

Read the comparison
Each row sets Apollo's monthly rate against a fully loaded US in-house hire, with the saving in dollars and as a share. Add more roles to price a whole team.

Frequently asked questions
How does the savings calculator work?
It takes Apollo's published monthly rate for the role and engagement you pick, sets it against a market estimate of what the same seat costs to employ in the US fully loaded, and shows the difference by the month and by the year. Add several roles and it totals them as a team.
Where do the Apollo figures come from?
They are the same published rates printed on the pricing page, which are mid-level rates. Pick junior and the figure comes in a little under the published rate; pick senior and it goes a little over, because both sides of the comparison move with seniority. The mid-level number here and the number on the pricing page can never disagree.
Where does the US in-house figure come from?
It is a market estimate for illustration, applied the same way to every role, and it is the ratio behind the comparison table on the pricing page. It is not a quote for any specific hire in any specific city.
What if the role I need is not listed?
Custom remote staffing is scoped on a call, because no two briefs are alike. Send us what is piling up and we name the role, the hours and the rate in the same conversation.
Can I price a whole department?
Department rates are published as a starting figure and set on a call to the size of the team, so the calculator leaves them out rather than guess. Price the individual roles instead, or book a call.
What does every monthly rate include?
Recruitment and training for property management specifically, pay and employment in Dhaka, five-business-day onboarding once access and rules exist, ongoing supervision on our side, and a person working inside your own AppFolio, Yardi or Buildium under your company name.
What is not included?
No spending approval. No policy overrides. No licensed legal, tax, compliance or habitability advice. Only the logins you grant.
Does after-hours coverage cost more because it is overnight for me?
No premium for the hour itself. Dhaka is UTC+6, so your overnight is an ordinary working day there. The higher rate buys a wider staffed window, not a night-shift markup.
Is the result a quote?
No. It is an estimate from published starting points. Rates move with scope, hours and portfolio size, and you get a real number, up or down from these figures, on the call.
