Not a hire. A process that stops needing one.

Every role on this site exists because a task is repetitive enough to hand to someone. Some of those tasks are repetitive enough to hand to software instead. This is that project.

Where this actually pays off

Routine tenant and vendor messages

Routing, triage and templated replies handled before a person ever sees the ticket.

Renewal and inspection reminders

The 60-day calendar that runs itself instead of depending on someone remembering.

Owner and vendor document handling

Intake, naming and filing that currently eats an afternoon a week.

Reconciliation pre-matching

The obvious matches cleared automatically, so a person only reviews the exceptions.

We only propose automation where the task is well-defined and the failure mode is cheap. We say so plainly when a workflow needs a person's judgment more than it needs code, and put a coordinator on it instead.

How a project runs

01

We map the workflow as it runs today

Every step, every handoff, every exception, in your actual system.

02

We flag what's worth automating and what isn't

Some steps stay manual on purpose.

03

We scope and quote the build

Fixed price for a defined workflow, agreed before work starts.

04

We build inside your systems

No new platform for your team to learn, no data leaving your PMS.

05

You run it, we support it

A maintenance window and a named contact for when something changes upstream.

What this replaces, and what it doesn't

Automation handles volume and repetition. It doesn't approve spend, make a judgment call on an unhappy resident, or replace the person who owns the relationship. Those stay staffed roles, described elsewhere on this site.

Questions we get

How is this different from hiring a coordinator?

A coordinator handles judgment and relationships at volume. Automation handles the parts of the workflow that don't need judgment at all. Often the two work together, with automation clearing the routine load off a coordinator's queue.

What does it cost?

Scoped per workflow after we've mapped it. There's no published rate because no two clients' processes are alike. You get a fixed quote before any build starts.

Does our data leave our PMS?

No. We build inside the systems you already run and the access you already grant, the same as every staffed role on this site.
